• CSDB "Common State Database" (MS Access)- state income tax processing, assessment, management for Commissioner of the Revenue and Treasurer. Still in use over ten years in City of Charlottesville .
• Accounting and Mailing List / Donor Management application (MS Access) - for non-profit accounting, budget, reporting and address/contact/donor management, used by Theater Wagon Inc (Staunton) over three years.
• Donor management / mailing list database (MS Access) - used by AIDS/HIV Services Group (Charlottesville) for two years.
• "Gizmo" (MS Excel, Lotus 1-2-3) - Virginia income tax calculator, for completing or screening/processing VA returns. Used by Commissioner of the Revenue City of Charlottesville (and some other localities in VA) over thirteen years.
• DMV work application (MS Access, SQL server) - for managing and reporting on weekly DMV import process, used by Charlottesville Comm. of Revenue over six years
• Customer Service mailings (various applications) - mailings, address change processing, form letters, letter tracking. In use in Charlottesville Comm. of Revenue over six years.
• Revenue Estimator (MS Access) - for tracking and reporting annual, quarterly, monthly revenue from various sources of various kinds
